Every Core45 workout begins with a few stretches and exercises to get your body warmed up for the cardiovascular journey you are about to embark on.
A typical class will be comprised of 2-3 circuits of alternating exercises. Each circuit is 12-15 minutes each, challenging your body, your mind, and getting your heart rate pumping so you can burn calories and build muscle.
After the circuit series a short sequence of stretches offer your body a nice cool down and allowing the muscles to relax before you leave the gym.
Modifications are always offered in each class depending on what your fitness level is. Each class has a wide range of fitness level participants, but everyone is there for the same goal- health.
