Our fitness kickboxing class is known by our students as Fit2Fight. It is a fun cardio kickboxing class that is easy for anyone to jump into. It is a great way to get in shape quickly and enjoy yourself in a low pressure atmosphere. Class is challenging but not overwhelming.
Perfect for ages 16 and up. Our classes are beginner friendly. You will always have a partner to work with. No more just simply hitting a bag. In our class you get a complete workout by using punches, kicks ,elbows and more.
All the drills are based on western boxing, Muay Thai, and Panatukan training drills. You'll glove up and hit the pads with an active partner. Which completely changes the experience having to keep up with a moving target.
